Shipping (Australia)
All purchases are shipped from Sydney using Australia Registered Post for a flat fee of $7.95. All items are shipped withing 1-2 days from the date of order. Please keep in mind that registered post will require a signature.
Please note: We send all orders by courier, this helps us keep our product prices low for you. If you would prefer your order to be sent to a Post Office Box extra charges apply.
Shipping (International)
We are more than happy to ship overseas. The fee varies depending on the size, weight and quantity of your order. Please email us if you require more information- . All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars.
Please note: Due to the new US Customs surcharge all packages to the US will be levied an extra $9 for postage.
Packaging
All products are beautifully wrapped in tissue and are ready to be given as a gift. Please advise if you would prefer us to send your receipt separately.
Returns/Exchanges
We really think you are going to love your purchase. All our products are handmade which makes them all uniquely different, we think this adds to the character and charm. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 14 days of receipt of product to . We will gladly exchange any faulty items but will not refund for change of mind purchases. All emails will be responded to within 24 hours. PayPal purchases must be returned before placing a chargeback claim with PayPal. Please email us for a return address.
